This playground features two playgrounds one that is more for older kids and the other for younger kids. The larger playground Veterans Memorial features a tube slide, twisty slide, double slide, and a short curved slide. To get to these amazing slides there is stairs and ladders, some our curved up and others are traditional. There is also a bridge that connects platforms to the other slides and monkey bars as another way to get on to the platforms. A favorite that isn’t seen at many playgrounds is the double slide down bars.

Overall, this is a great playground with green space, restrooms, and shelter. If your getting to this park from the I35 exit, Groundhouse Coffee is local and has great cold blended drinks without coffee. I hear the coffee is good too!
